A not-for-profit community art centre with a mandate to present the work of visual artists, Sunbury Shores is currently seeking exhibition proposals for solo and group exhibitions in a variety of media. Exhibitions are displayed for approximately six weeks; artwork may be available for sale or not. Exhibition proposals should be well-researched and outline a clear concept. Proposals will be reviewed also for artistic quality and creativity by a jury of professional artists and community members.

Call for Artists: Re-Imagining Home – Group Exhibition in 2026
Sunbury Shores Arts & Nature Centre is inviting artists to participate in a group exhibition focusing on the theme of “Re-imaging Home” to be presented in spring 2026. New-comer artists, and artist immagrants who have come to New Brunswick from elsewhere are often challenged by the experience of home as it was known in the past, and a new or different meaning of home in a new country and community.
Call for Art Instructors
Sunbury Shores is seeking art instructors to teach after school art in elementary schools in Charlotte County in fall 2024 (8 weeks) and winter 2025 (8 weeks). Art instructors may be retired or active artists, art teachers, teachers who enjoy art, or adults who enjoy working with children and are comfortable working with the visual arts. Art instructors are paid, and all art and craft materials are provided.
