Printmaking

Our printshop is a bright, newly renovated facility on the second floor overlooking the St. Andrews Harbour. Sunbury Shores boasts the only environmentally-friendly, non-toxic printmaking studio in eastern Canada. Not only is this good for the environment, but it makes printmaking safe for kids, teens and adults! We also work with one of the only Master Printmakers east of Toronto, Robert Van de Peer. The studio is equipped with 4 presses, non-toxic print chemicals and solvents, ink, rollers, plates and more.

Multi-Purpose

The multi-purpose studio is a large, brightly lit second-floor studio appropriate for painting, life drawing, digital photography, stained glass, print, fibre, digital media, and other projects. It is a flexible and highly functional space overlooking Water Street. The studio is equipped with 6 work stations, torches, polishing, safety equipment, and more.

Ceramics

Located on the basement level, the pottery studio is a welcoming space for emerging and experienced potters to create work, instruct, experiment and connect. The studio is equipped with 4 pottery wheels and 2 electric kilns.

Metalsmith

Our newly established metal studio is located on the basement level, adjacent to the pottery studio. It provides an assortment of tools and space with workbench space for up to eight people. The studio features small windows overlooking the lovely Zen Garden and the St. Andrews Harbour. The studio is equipped with 6 stations, polishing, torches, safety equipment and more.
