Zachari Smith | Friday, October 29th, 7 PM | BUY TICKETS

The Deep Country Troubadour Zachari Smith rides into town on the back of a Slide guitar, a thorny golden tenor, and a set of ambling stories from a lifetime on the road. Don’t miss his quiet wit and emboldening perspective on who ate the chilled plums in the icebox. Find him on a seawolf protecting the tuna, in the pages of a harlequin romance novel, or HERE at Sunbury Shores!

A Different Animal

Feel It

Be Alright

Weaving together improvised stories and thoughtful indie folk music, Zachari Smith’s concerts slow downtime and carve out space for a truly emotive experience. Each concert is a conscious curation of songs and stories—setlists that fold and flex in response to a wide range of audiences. From Ulm, Germany to St. Stephen, NB, Zachari has played over 500 concerts, many with his father, a lifelong professional musician, as the duo Andrew and Zachari Smith.
As a second-generation folk singer, Zachari honours these traditions while forging a new path. Zachari’s music is highlighted with dobro licks and fingerstyle acoustic guitar, his songs stretch the boundaries of contemporary folk music, mixing styles and weaving stories into an unforgettable performance.
Everything That Keeps You was released on February 15, 2019, on Acre Alley. In 2019, Zachari toured Germany in support of Joshua Hyslop (Nettwerk Records) and toured Ontario and New Brunswick performing at Living Roots Festival, Bonfire Festival and Paddlefest. Since the pandemic, Zachari has been performing weekly concerts on Youtube and has released various singles.
