An Invitiation to Sunbury Shores Supporters and Rossmount Inn Fans! We are very happy to announce the return of a fundraising dinner at the wonderful Rossmount Inn! This always popular event will take place on May 8th. Doors open at 6 pm for socialising and perusing a small silent auction. The Rossmount Inn will provide a culinary work of art, starting at 6:30 pm comprising four courses, plus coffee and tea. Tickets are $100 which include gratuity and tax (bar beverages/wine not included). Sunbury Shores will receive $25 from each ticket as donations to Arts and Nature activities. Tax receipts can be available for this portion. Tickets will go on sale through Sunbury Shores via: email outreach@sunburyshores.org, 506-529-3386 or in person at the Centre, 139 Water St., St Andrews, starting on March 16th. The menu is attached and main course choices must be made by May 1st, 2024. People who have specific dietary restrictions should also advise us of their needs by the same date. TICKETS Join us on our deck and in the garden for a sparkly night of celebrating Canada Day, with a private view of the fireworks to round it off. There will be live music and a cash bar with prosecco, wine, beer and soft drinks. If you want to come, but aren't a member - sign up now on our membership page! July 1st 8pm till post fireworks! Dawson Hatt, a recent graduate of UNB's Media Arts program, is presenting free one-hour session of tips about hands-on film/video making, including camera settings, lighting, transferring files to computer, and video editing. Dawson is working at Sunbury Shores on behalf of the Cultural Human Resources Council - Student Workplace Program. A resident of Black's Harbour, Dawson has won numerous scholarships and prizes and participated in the Silverwave Film Festival.
